Our 30-day happiness guarantee

We want you to love your Girl Math tee. If you don't, for any reason, we'll make it right. Just email us at hello@girlmathtees.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of your tee laid flat (showing the design and any issue).

Changed your mind or picked the wrong size? We'll send you a free replacement first (a different size or color is fine). If you'd rather, we'll refund the price of the item instead. That's it. No return needed, so you don't have to ship anything back.

The guarantee covers one replacement or refund per item. Shipping charges aren't refundable unless the problem was our mistake. We may decline repeat or excessive claims.

Misprints, damage and defects

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Just email us at hello@girlmathtees.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item laid flat, showing the design and the issue. You don't need to send the item back.

Custom orders

Custom orders are made from the proof you approve, so they're covered for misprints, damage and defects only (see above), not for change of mind. If something arrives different from your approved proof, we'll replace it or refund it.

Wrong address and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't cover orders returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, but we'll help you reship at cost. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, contact the carrier and let us know, and we'll do our best to help.

Cancellations

Every item is printed on demand just for you, so orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order is in production, it can't be canceled, but the happiness guarantee still applies after delivery.
